The first step in registering an account with Snacks on Racks is to locate the blue register button on the customer login page. You may visit the

Once your form has been submitted you must wait for Snacks on Racks to approve your account, this may take somewhere between 1-2 business days. We thank you for your patience.

To use the shop page you must first be logged in. Next you will have to locate the shop page. You may go directly to the page by clicking here or by using the dropdown menu on the left hand side of the screen.

The picture above shows a series of tools you can use on the shop page to help narrow down your search results to find exactly what you are looking for.
Below the menu will be a grid of products you may choose from.
You may look through the products. Next, when you find a product you like, you can find out more about it by clicking on the
Once you click on the "more info" button a modal box will pop up. This is normal.
inside of the modal box you will find a detailed description about the item.
If you do not want the item you have selected you may click anywhere outside of the modal or click the "x" button in the top right hand corner of the box. This will close the modal box so you may keep browsing.
Inside the modal box you will find a text field called "quantity."
You may use this text-field to fill out how many of the item you'd like to purchase. First, you'd click on the text-feild and type in the desired number of items you'd like to purchase. Once done you may click the button called
Once you have clicked the submit to cart button your order will start to process. The form will send your information to the "My Cart" page. Another modal will pop up and ask if you would like to keep browsing or if you'd like to visit your cart.
To visit your cart you may Click Here or you may locate your cart by using the right hand dropdown menu and clicking on "my cart."
To checkout you must first locate the "My Cart" page. You may do so by clicking here or you may locate the page by using the left hand dropdown menu.
Wait for the my cart page to load, this could take a couple seconds to a minute depending on internet connection.
Once the page is fully loaded you will find a blue table in the middle of the page. This table will contain a list of all the products that are currently in your cart. You may read through the list and make sure that the information is accurate.
The picture above is what the "My Cart" table will look like when you have an item placed inside of it. The above picture is just an example, do not be worried if your cart does not look exactly like the picture above.
Next, after you review your cart you may click on the "checkout" button.
This button will send in your order to Snacks on Racks.
You may check on your order using the Order Status page.
After you have checked out you may want to look at the status of your order.
To look up your order you can use This Link.
Or you could locate the "Order Status" page by using the left hand dropdown menu.
Once the page is fully loaded you will find a blue table in the middle of the page. This table will contain the details of your order.
The picture above shows the blue order table. Under the "Order Status" box you will see a short description of your order status. (Open, Hold, In Progress, Closed, Shipped, Cancelled)
Open: Snacks on Racks has not yet reviewed your order
Hold: Your order has been put on a temporary hold.
In Progress: Snacks on Racks has reviewed your order and is in the process of getting your order ready.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped and should arrive soon.
Closed: Your order has been completed.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled and will not be processed.
You may also check what the contents of your order entail by clicking on the table.
The order details table will pop up and show you what will be included with your order.
